Roman Oseghale is a trained Architect, a Business Consultant, and a Business Intelligence Analyst, he has worked as an architect and a consultant since 2000, and presently the Head Consultant at IntelServe Inc., a Canadian Consulting Company which specializes in Business Consulting, Real Estate Investments, and International Investments for foreign companies with main focus in the African Market, and currently sits on the board of a Real Estate Investment company in Canada.

He holds a Master’s degree in architecture and he is a graduate of the Telfer School of Management and Centre for Executive Leadership, University of Ottawa, Canada, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Executive MBA program. He is a trained Business Intelligence Survey Analyst and conducts business analysis on companies and economies to reposition them towards Sustainable Growth and Profitability.

He consults for Companies helping identify opportunities for diversification to increase Growth, Profitability and Investment opportunities in different sectors of the economy. He is a Public Speaker, Social Commentator, Economic Intelligence Research Analyst, Writer on Economic Development, and a strong advocate on the need by the Nigerian Government to return to Investing in Human Capital Development to drive Economic Growth and Sustainability which he strongly believes through research from empirical facts and data is the key to unlocking Nigeria’s Economic Potentials.

He has delivered research papers and presentations on different platforms and events on opportunities for foreign companies in Nigeria and Africa, and how Nigeria and the government can drive and achieve sustainable economic growth through investments in Human Capital Development by revamping the Public Education Sector.

He currently lives and works in Canada.
