Emeka Oscar Albert, a legal technology consultant, the editor- in- chief of Legalpedia, a national consultant to the United Nations on Justice Sector Reform, a Senior Partner in Keystone Attorneys and the Chairman of the 1989 Nigerian Law School Class Alumni Association. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989, after studying law at the University of Benin. He was the Company Secretary of Coscharis Group before leaving corporate practice. After many years in legal practice he discovered that the poor use of technology in the legal profession was negatively affecting the value of legal services to the society, including the quality of justice served from the Bench. That idea eventually gave birth to Legalpedia, a comprehensive e-library solution of legal resources in Nigeria, in 2009. He has been exposed to how law is practiced in several jurisdictions around the world.
